This page explains what data this site collects, what it is used for, and what you can ask about it. It covers the site; your medical records and the data from your care follow the separate rules for clinical records, explained at the clinic.

Only what you type into the contact form: name, email, phone (optional), the specialty you choose and your message. Nothing beyond that is requested.
The site uses no cookies, has no audience analytics, does no cross-site tracking and builds no visitor profile. The only information stored in your browser is your light or dark theme preference, which stays on your device and is not sent anywhere.
Solely to reply to your enquiry and arrange an appointment. We do not sell, rent or pass this data to third-party advertising.
The legal basis is your consent when you send the message, together with the legitimate interest in replying to someone who contacts the clinic (article 7, items I and IX, of the LGPD).
The form asks you to describe the reason for your enquiry in general terms. Health data is sensitive personal data and deserves an appropriate channel: the detail belongs at the appointment, not in a website form.
If you do send health information in your message, it is treated with the same confidentiality as your care and deleted from the contact channel as soon as the booking is settled.
Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to deal with the request and, at most, for 12 months. After that they are deleted, unless you become a patient - in which case the retention periods for clinical records apply.

You can ask for confirmation that we process any data about you, access that data, correct anything that is wrong, request deletion, withdraw consent and find out who we share it with. Requests are handled free of charge.
To exercise any of these rights, use the channel given at the end of this page. We reply within 15 days.
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and keeps no database of its own: form messages go straight to the clinic enquiry channel. Access to that channel is restricted to the team that handles bookings.
